Align this repository with the shared Gradle 9.8.1 target. Regenerate the wrapper launchers and JAR, pin the official distribution SHA-256, and retain the existing download timeout and retry settings.

Validation: root: wrapper from 9.8.1, validate ['build', 'test']. All phases passed locally; the wrapper JAR checksum matches the official release.

Prepared commit: bc5f24ee392b6d0899f6d1f78171400c40c4c101 (GPG signature verified).

CI: no CI runner for SmolderOSS (by setup). Forgejo history contains five runs (one waiting and four cancelled), all with no assigned runner tasks; no earlier commit has run Forgejo CI. Local Gradle 9.8.1 wrapper regeneration, build and tests passed for this signed commit. Runner setup is managed separately.
